This Privacy Policy describes how CREATEBASE (株式会社クリエートベース), based in Osaka, Japan, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CREATEBASE application and related services ("the Service"), including when the Service publishes content to TikTok on your behalf.

2. Information We Access

When you authorize the Service with your TikTok account via OAuth, we receive an access token that allows the Service to act on your behalf within the scope you approve. Specifically, we access:

• Your TikTok user ID, display name, and avatar (basic profile information)
• The OAuth access token granted by TikTok
• Metadata about the videos posted through the Service (such as titles and posting status)

We never receive or store your TikTok login credentials (username and password).

3. How We Use Information

The information we access is used solely to operate the Service — that is, to upload and publish the video content you submit to your TikTok account. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use it for any purpose unrelated to the Service.

4. Data Storage and Security

Access tokens are stored securely on servers managed by CREATEBASE and are accessible only to the Service. Tokens are deleted when you revoke the Service's access from your TikTok account settings, or upon your request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties, except where required by law or where necessary to operate the Service through TikTok's official API in accordance with TikTok's developer terms.

6. Your Rights

You can revoke the Service's access to your TikTok account at any time from your TikTok settings. Upon revocation, the associated access tokens become invalid and are removed from our systems. To request deletion of any other data, contact us at the address below.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
