CREATEBASE Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CREATEBASE application and related services ("the Service"), operated by CREATEBASE (株式会社クリエートベース), based in Osaka, Japan. By authorizing CREATEBASE to access your TikTok account, or by otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not authorize the application or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CREATEBASE creates and distributes educational content. The CREATEBASE application uses TikTok's Content Posting API to upload and publish video content to a connected TikTok account on the account owner's behalf.

3. Authorization and Access

By connecting your TikTok account, you grant CREATEBASE permission to:

CREATEBASE never receives or stores your TikTok login credentials. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your TikTok account settings, after which the Service can no longer access your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all content posted through the Service complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, as well as all applicable laws. You must not use the Service to post content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

All content you submit for posting remains yours. The CREATEBASE name, logo, and the Service itself remain the property of CREATEBASE.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREATEBASE is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to account suspension by TikTok, failed or delayed posts, or loss of data.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking authorization from your TikTok account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Osaka, Japan.
